Waiting,, my daughter, sister, and niece are on their way down from Oregon today to spend Thanksgiving with us. Really looking forward to seeing them, has been way too long. The roads are clear and dry, so should not be any delays.

This last week was a busy one for me.

Wednesday was spent at Kaiser in Santa Clara where radiation treatment will be given. It was an overview of the up coming process, and some prep work to get things aligned for the treatments. Got to swing by work for a few momments, so enjoyed getting a chance to see some of my friends. Sure do miss them all.

Thursday was closer to my house at Kaiser Santa Teresa, going over the chemo part of the treatment. I will be having three of four spaced out about three weeks apart.

The whole process is to be around seven weeks long and will start December 1st.

Wow, the Oregon support team just pulled up.. Record time of 9 hours from Salem to here, with several stops along the way. Looking good they are..

More tomorrow..

Jim,

I'm really sorry to hear about your severe challenges. I know with your "fighting" spirit and support from all of us who love you, you will emerge from this darkness healthier and stronger.

My wish for you this beautiful day is to enjoy a fun-filled and loving Thanksgiving with your family.

Warm regards,

Dick Crane
